Take all purpose flour in a large mixing bowl
Add cornflour/cornstarch
Little Salt
Red chilly powder
Red chilly paste
Ginger garlic paste
1 beaten egg
Little soy sauce Vineager
You can also use lemon juice over here Mix well with the help of a whisk
Add 1-2 tbsp water Make a thick marinate It should be thick pouring consistency
It should neither be too thick or thin Add pinch of red food colour
This is optional and can be skipped Mix it well Add chicken lollipop pieces.Make sure to coat them well. Put it in the fridge for 30-40 mins
Once marinated, take oil in a pan Put the chicken pieces in this hot oil Do not fry many chicken pieces together
Keep the flame consistent on medium high to properly cook it from both the outside and inside.
You can keep stirring them in between Fry them for 3-4 mins Or until it becomes crispy and golden brown
Now deep fry these properly and remove them on a kitchen towel.
You can serve these gorgeous and tempting dishes as is with schezwan sauce, making them a perfect appetizer.
Take oil in a wok Put finely chopped ginger Finely chopped garlic Fry them slightly
Keep the flame on low and add soy sauce Tomato sauce Schezwan sauce
Mix this well to create a base sauce
Sprinkle a little water to adjust the gravy sauce well with it.
Now the thick sauce base is ready
Now add the fried lollipops to this mix it well.
You should coat all chicken lollipops with it.
Do not toss it hardly Else the pieces might break apart Now toss it for 1-2 more mins
Now these are nicely coated Off the gas flame and add fresh coriander
You can also use spring onions greens
Now you can serve these.
